this bader guy looks like he has some good ground skills. think he was a d1 wrestler or something. anyway, big nog seems to think highly of him. thats a good sign for sure.
in related news, tuf9 tryouts are mw and ww in chigao. fucking awesome. if i were in shape, didnt need surgery, my foot were better, i wasnt too far overwt and outta shape, had been training, etc...
